In an effort to “preserve the past, promote the present and prepare for the future” the district is initiating an annual “Alumni Weekend” that would take place the Saturday after the Football Homecoming game each year. With traditional alumni reunions being a thing of the past, the district is offering to host a “block party” that would be a time for all years and ages to gather together. This event would take place in the HS parking area which would give direct access to tour the HS building where many memories were made by all alumni.

Please tell us if you would be interested in attending this event and share any suggestions you may have to help bring alumni together on an annual basis. We hope to make this a low stress, low cost event that is easy and convenient for all to attend.

Good luck to all of our students and their families who are exhibiting projects and showing animals this week at the Knox County fair! We know how much time and effort it takes to not only make it to this week, but also to get through this week.
